I’d say a bomb-bot, but it appears to be human-operated, so could it be a moving, shielded gun or insertion platform? They’ve got guys behind shield in the overhead pic, and it looks like it has gun ports, so that’s my guess.

Yeah, just watched them operate. Dudes got behind the shield then they rode up on the suspect vehicle and used a dog pole (one of those things with a retractable noose at the end of a pole) to snag the dude and drag them out.
Never seen such a thing before.
